Poem for Airline Pilots

Yesterday, my morning flight went well, no hiccups, no surprises, nothing broken, no major mistakes.

So I made this up at the time, starting out with just a mere expression of gratitude for how well my own part went:

Thank You, Lord, for a smooth flight;

See these men through their dark night.

Show Your love, and hold 'em tight,

That they might see Your light."

Not incredible, but still... a line mechanic's prayer for the souls of a flight crew.
