I welcome anyone's comments, as always...

I can assure you that the situation was FAR from random. And my thoughts are LIGHT YEARS from generic. Sometimes, I just can't assemble them into something that can be communicated.
And I think the question can be answered as-is...
Is it sometimes more mature to "take things in stride" or whatever than to stick up for yourself?
That's the conclusion that Josh and Benjamin reached.
Fortunately, Josh was very good at looking at things from my dad's perspective... a perspective that I was not particularly interested in hearing, sure, but still... something I needed to consider.


Being a man is not easy.
But I won't quit trying.
